The 10xTC 12-month accelerator program offers a transformative experience for students passionate about technology and innovation. Each week, students join their cohort of ~12 to 15 peers for a focused 3-hour session led by dedicated full-time faculty who provide hands-on training, coaching, and mentorship.

Throughout the program, students gain exclusive access to events with industry guest speakers, specialized workshops, and dynamic jamming sessions. We also organize open house and community gatherings to help students connect and build friendships across cohorts, fostering a vibrant community of young innovators.

Our program builds digital literacy through hands-on exposure to Robotics, 3D Printing, IoT, Electronics, Python, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Generative AI, Space Tech, AR/VR, Drones, and more. Students develop a strong foundation for solving real-world problems and designing future-forward solutions.

Inspired by Silicon Valley’s hackathons, our students dive into the world of problem-solving by tackling curated projects under time and resource constraints. This experience teaches creative problem-solving and helps them understand industry demands, customer needs, and technical requirements.

Through industry visits and interactions with experts, 10xTC students gain valuable insights into diverse career pathways, broadening their perspectives and deepening their understanding of the workforce.

Our students learn to set goals, stay accountable, and boost productivity. Weekly learning sessions, expert talks, and events with faculty and industry leaders provide guidance to accelerate learning and innovation.

We cultivate essential growth principles, like embracing strengths and learning from mistakes, along with success frameworks such as Ikigai, the 80/20 rule, and “thinking like a rocket scientist.” These tools empower students to thrive in today’s VUCA world (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous), helping them become curious, adaptable, and resilient. With this self-driven mindset, they’re ready to make a lasting impact.

Building connections with like-minded peers is central to the 10xTC experience. Community events, team projects, and alumni mentorship help students forge friendships and build networks.

In summary, at 10xTC, we guide students in exploring diverse topics and discovering their unique interests. Through hands-on, project-based learning, they gain practical skills with support from experienced mentors.

By the end of the program, students achieve exponential personal and social growth boosting their self-awareness. They develop a love for learning and the confidence to make meaningful contributions to the world.

Eligibility

This program is designed for students between the ages of 12-17 (6th - 11th grade). This program is suitable for students in traditional schooling, homeschooling and alternate schooling too.

You don't need previous knowledge about emerging technology and coding, however having this knowledge can be helpful during the program.

‍You'll need to be able to operate a Windows laptop and be comfortable with basic internet browsing. Familiarity with creating documents and presentations using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace will also be helpful (but not essential).

Fee Structure:
* INR 8,000 for the first month, followed by INR 12,000/month for the next 11 months.

The application process has 2 steps:

2. We will get in touch with you to understand your drive, curiosity and desire to join 10xTC.

Note: Your grades don't define your potential. We focus on the skills and qualities that truly matter in the real world - things traditional education often overlooks.

Once the discussion is done between the student and 10xTC mentors, the students will be informed about their selection and the details of the cohort (time/ day). You can submit the course fees after that.


We'll also be inviting your family to a welcome session, giving them the chance to learn more about the program and ask any questions they may have.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much time should I expect to dedicate to the program each week?
Weekly sessions are 3 hours long, with the day and time determined by the cohort you select when enrolling. These sessions typically take place on weekends or weekday evenings.

Outside of sessions, students engage in a variety of projects. While there are no strict time requirements, students who achieve the most growth during 10xTC programs usually dedicate 5–6 hours per week to their learning and projects.

There’s no mandatory homework in the 10xTC program. The program mirrors real-world experiences and provides a platform for students to explore emerging technologies and sciences, connect with mentors, and dive into topics that truly interest them.

We also host engaging events like guest speaker sessions and workshops on skills such as public speaking, presentation techniques, financial literacy, mental health, time management, and more. These events generally last 1–3 hours.

The program is designed with flexibility in mind. You can progress at your own pace, but attending the weekly sessions is essential for staying on track and making the most of your experience.
What is the refund policy if I decide to withdraw from the program?
We understand that circumstances can change. If you decide to withdraw from 10xTC during the year, you may be eligible for a pro-rata refund, depending on your payment plan. Detailed guidelines are available in our Refund and Returns Policy, which can be accessed through the provided link.
Do I need any prior experience or technical skills to join the program?
No prior technical knowledge or coding skills are required to join this program. However, having some background can be helpful.

During the program, you'll gain the knowledge and skills needed to create projects across diverse fields. With guidance and coaching throughout, you'll feel supported and motivated, especially when tackling larger projects.
