Refund and Returns

Our trainers and mentors ensure that your child gets a phenomenal experience and learning at our experiential lab.  As our lab can accommodate limited space, we are unable to offer our services to someone else. Thus, booking once made, cannot be cancelled.

The 10xTechClub team believes that every student who gets the club ticket should get complete value from the courses they’ve enrolled for.

Rescheduling

Our batches happen in a group of 5-15 students. If enrollment in a class does not reach a minimum threshold, we may contact you to reschedule your child to another batch, in order to achieve a superior learning experience and group engagement

Please note that rescheduling will be subject to the availability of seats.

In case in between the course if a student wants to reschedule, s/he can discuss with the trainer.

Cancellation by 10xTechClub: In the event that a batch is cancelled by 10xTechClub due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer an alternative batch to enable the completion of the course. If we are unable to provide a suitable alternative batch as per your preference, a refund will be processed in accordance with the refund policy outlined below.

Refund Policy: If a student is unable to continue the course for any reason, a refund will be provided on a pro-rata basis, calculated based on the number of remaining sessions/classes. All refund requests must be made in writing via email to our official support channel. Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days through the original mode of payment or any other mutually agreed method.

Note:
- Refunds will not be applicable for missed or unattended classes.
- Any applicable administrative or processing charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.
- 10xTechClub reserves the right to amend this policy at its discretion.
