How is the program structured?

into four structured stages,
each focusing on specific topics that build upon one another, providing a seamless development of skills
and knowledge.

Learning Center-Based Sessions:
   - In-person sessions take place at the 10xTC Learning Center during after-school hours or weekends.
   - Session durations are typically 3 hours, depending on the batch schedule.

Year-Long Program:
   - The program runs for a full year (e.g., January to December).
   - Students participate in weekly sessions and engage in a variety of enriching activities.
Events and Experiences:
   - Beyond classroom learning, students benefit from workshops, guest speaker sessions, brainstorming jamming sessions,
hackathons, and field trips.
   - These activities are designed to provide hands-on practice, inspiration, and exposure to real-world applications.

Progressive Stages:
   - Each of the four stages focuses on specific topics and skill sets, ensuring structured growth.

How long is the program?

The program runs for one year, so if it is starting in January, it will continue through till December of the same year. During this time, students participate in weekly sessions and a variety of enriching events, including workshops, guest speaker sessions, brainstorming jamming sessions, hackathons, field trips, and more.

What does a typical weekend session involve?

Towards the end of the program, students create a business plan and pitch their innovative ideas to judges, solving real-world problems with technology.

This program is tailored for students aged 12–17 years (Grades 6 to 11).

In addition to meeting the age requirement, participants should:

   - Have a good understanding of English (spoken and written)
   - Be comfortable using a laptop.
   - Have access to a stable internet connection.
   - Know basic browsing and productivity tools like Word/Docs or PPT/Slides.

No prior knowledge of emerging technologies or coding is required, though having a background in these areas can be advantageous during the program.

Do I need any prior experience or technical skills to join?

Time Commitment and Refund Policy

How much time should I expect to dedicate to the program each week?

Weekly sessions are 3 hours long, with the day and time determined by the cohort you select when enrolling. These sessions typically take place on weekends or weekday evenings.

Outside of sessions, students engage in a variety of projects. While there are no strict time requirements, students who achieve the most growth during 10xTC programs usually dedicate 5–6 hours per week to their learning and projects.

There’s no mandatory homework in the 10xTC program. The program mirrors real-world experiences and provides a platform for students to explore emerging technologies and sciences, connect with mentors, and dive into topics that truly interest them.

We also host engaging events like guest speaker sessions and workshops on skills such as public speaking, presentation techniques, financial literacy, mental health, time management, and more. These events generally last 1–3 hours.

The program is designed with flexibility in mind. You can progress at your own pace, but attending the weekly sessions is essential for staying on track and making the most of your experience.

What is the refund policy if I decide to withdraw from the program?
