Responsibilities:

• Campaign Support: Assist in the planning,execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging content for various platforms like YT, IG/FB etc.
• Event Support: Aid in the coordination and promotion of marketing events.
• Email Marketing: Help design and execute targeted email campaigns and maintain communication with our audience

Analytics and Reporting: Assist with tracking and analyzing marketing metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and CRM platforms

• General Support: Provide general support to the marketing initiatives, including organizing assets, sales support, managing databases, and maintaining marketing calendars.

Requirements:

• Experience in tools related to content  creation, IB/FB/Google campaigns, GMB, videography
• Ability to learn quickly, implementn new   initiatives and is results driven
• Excellent communication and time management skills

Qualifications:

• No formal degree required.
• Freshers with relevant skills can also apply.
• Familiarity with Content Creation & Graphic Design tools, Social Media Marketing, IG/FB campaigns, basic analytics tools.
• Can demonstrate experience through projects and/or relevant work experience.

Program Facilitator cum Research Analyst role is ideal for someone passionate about emerging technologies & mentoring. As part of our fast-growing startup,you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference by developing innovative programs, work on cutting edge projects and guiding students through experiential learning.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate engaging sessions and deliver hands-on learning experiences to students aged 12 to 17.
• Guide students through curated programs in Embedded Systems, Robotics, 3D Printing, IoT, Drones, SpaceTech and more, fostering their technical skills and creativity.
• Build real-life innovative projects as a part of the program initiatives.
• Mentor students on personal and project development, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies through research and facilitate discussions on their potential impact.
• Coordinate logistical arrangements for student activities, such as tech events and guest speakers.
• Assess student progress and communicate effectively with parents.
• Contribute to curriculum development and improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Work in Pune (Wanowrie/Salunke Vihar   area). This is full time work in office position.
• Experience and/or willingness in hands-on teaching/ mentoring, particularly in Robotics & Embedded Systems.
• Strong knowledge & Experience in Arduino/ ESP boards/ embedded systems along with its programming
• Experience in building projects in electronics, IoT, automation is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with both students and parents.
• Fluent in English and Hindi, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, creative, and passionate about shaping the future of education.

Qualifications:

• BE, BTech, BSc, MSc in Electronics, Computers, CS or equivalent.
• Experience of up to 3 years in relevant   areas.
